I took an express bus to Xizhi 汐止園區 to visit two biotech companies. One is led by my junior high school classmate who is a pharmD, and we had Japanese fried pork chops 曰式炸豬排定食for lunch. I also stopped by the Farglory Museum (人文遠雄展覽館) in the building. It is an architecture museum gives a brief history of world architecture and has play areas and reading areas for children.
I was planning to camp in the city library nearby the apartment I stay; however, it was moved to a different location. I went back the apartment to take a nap before heading out to my dinner appointment.
One of my college classmates who transferred to a medical school after the 1st year invited me and another classmate for dinner at a famous Su Hung restaurant 蘇杭餐廳(大坪林). His specialty is Hematology Oncology血液腫瘤科. Hope I don’t ever have to use his services. We four worked out our stomachs very hard to finish the banquet set for five 5人合菜: Three courses of cold cuts, green and dry roasted shrimp, Dongpo pork, crab roe tofu, lettuce with preserved egg pine, steamed cod (flat cod), casserole pickled fresh, bean casserole plus Shanghai rice
