I woke up minutes before the 2nd batch of breakfast & fruits delivery. The set-timed three meals help to adjust my jet leg. I did some yoga then enjoyed a portion of the delivery. I have never eaten so regularly in my life, and I need to exercise a lot since 8/11 to burn off the calories.
My life has been centered around meals during quarantine, although I am working on a laptop for projects that will increase GDP. Today the gifted lunch was Hongkongese style roasted pork and chicken rice 港式叉烧油鸡精緻餐盒(蘿菠糕、燒賣,杏鮑菇)with green tea 香片by 金獅樓。
I ate Taiwanese beef noodle soup (臺灣紅燒半筋半肉麵) by 玖伍川味牛肉麵水餃(忠孝店) for dinner tonight! The beef was stewed with the broth and simmered for hours to enhance the flavor. In Taiwan, beef noodle may serve with vege, or cold side dishes, such as braised dried tofu, seaweed or pork intestine. Taiwan hosts Beef Noodle International Competitions and festivals regularly.
