Naples Italy food tour

I wake up early to walk 1.5 miles and caught the 8 am FlixBus from Matera to Naples. It was pretty hot and with concerns of pickpocket, so I went out around 4 pm to walk around town before 6 pm Free Naples food walking tour. We tasted street food like Fried Pizza (fried dough stuffed with creamy ricotta cheese, a bit of meat, and black pepper), deep fried bread dough balls with eggplants, seaweed, potato, etc., mozzarella, cow stomachs with lemon (only one person tasted), Neapolitan sweets, coffee, etc. in the Montesanto market. The taste cost was 6€ + tip. I don’t see why some people pay 25€ to take pizza or pasta class to work in hot kitchen 1-2 hrs then finally got to eat a beginner pizza or pasta.  The street food is so cheap, e.g., a fried pizza full of ham and cheese of half my face size cost only 2€. Why bother to cook in hostels?
