I am taking 34-hr 3-leg frights from Naples into Taipei. NAP airport was crowded and felt like a market, yet I got a window seat in the 1st flight with great views of the Naples Bay, Amalfi Coast, and Mt. Vesuvius. Vienna airport is much more spacious and calmer. Best of all, I did not see one pickpocket incident during my 3-day in Naples, although I was worried. Maybe it had something to do with the hot weather and I walked by myself most of the time.
I landed in Paris 11 pm so the border control was closed. I slept at terminal 2B until 5 am to pass via border control then take an airport Shuttle bus to terminal 2E without security check again. There are many famous brand name stores in terminal 2E of CGD airport. Since I was in Paris last year for 7 days, no desire to go in the city over my 12-hr layover. I got some good shots from my window seat of the 2nd flight into Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, and slept on bench chairs for a few hours at the terminals.
